Northside Hospital Forsyth

Project

Willmer has been involved in the initial construction of the hospital and ongoing improvements to facilities and infrastructure at the Georgia Baptist North Hospital in Cumming, Georgia since 1995.

Work has included a new basement addition to the hospital, a new 1600-foot long roadway and permanent and temporary parking lots.

Willmer’s services for these improvements include several Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; including wetlands delineation, vibration monitoring for effects of nearby quarry blasts, preliminary and final geotechnical explorations for a one-story hospital surrounding a five-story tower, and footing and auger-cast pile foundation inspections.

In addition to environmental and geotechnical engineering services, Willmer performed construction materials testing and inspections for site work, building construction and other appurtenant facilities.
